- 3 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil. Add onion and garlic, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked beef back to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
Toss zucchini noodles with the meat sauce just before serving.
