Maintenance instructions for stainless steel cookware
◎Before use (clean first)
Clean the cookware with boiling water. Some industrial oil will remain in the cookware when leaving the factory. Before use, boil it for 1~3 minutes with low fire, then add detergent to clean the whole cookware, and then dry it. If the cleaning is not clean, add warm water and detergent to clean it.
◎When in use (control the temperature)
Avoid cooking by big fire. Stainless steel cookware has the advantage of rapid heat conduction, so it is unnecessary to open a big fire. On the one hand, it can save gas, on the other hand, it can effectively reduce sticking and pasting of cookware and avoid blackening and yellowing of cookware.
◎After use (keep dry)
