Beyond the Recipe
You know how to cook well. That's not always the part that's hard.
Cuisine Seeker can hand you a recipe for almost anything - paleo, vegan, gluten-free, whatever the week calls for. What no recipe card can do is get you to actually cook it on the night you're exhausted, stressed, or just done with decisions. That gap between knowing what "good" looks like and actually doing it isn't a discipline problem. It's usually a pattern, and patterns are what MindShift Mentors works with.
It's not another meal plan
Cognitive Pattern Reprogramming (CPR) is a set of short guided audio sessions, not a diet and not a food rule. There's nothing to track and nothing to restrict. A session runs about 15 to 20 minutes, works through headphones, and is designed to help you work with the automatic pattern behind a specific habit - stress eating, an overthinking mind at bedtime, or whatever's actually getting in the way that week.
Meet Rob Edmonds
Rob spent years watching people white-knuckle their way through the same habits, armed with all the right information and still stuck. What he noticed was that the information was rarely the problem - the automatic pattern underneath it was. That's what led him to build Cognitive Pattern Reprogramming: an approach designed to work with that pattern directly, rather than adding one more thing to know and fail to stick to.
Rob holds diplomas in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy, and is an accredited Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. In his direct practitioner work he sees people presenting with a range of behavioural and emotional challenges, within his training and scope.
What Rob works with in his own practice
Stress and anxiety patterns, sleep difficulties, bruxism (teeth grinding), restless leg symptoms, phobias, and emotional eating - named honestly, as his practitioner work.
What the audio programs are designed to support
Everyday wellbeing: winding down at night, settling an overthinking mind, easing everyday stress, working with cravings and habits, and building steadier routines around food and sleep.
Cognitive Pattern Reprogramming is designed to complement appropriate medical, dental or psychological care, not replace it. If you're managing a diagnosed condition, these sessions sit alongside your existing care, not instead of it.
Real help for specific patterns
😬 Bruxism Relief (Teeth Grinding)
Wake up with a sore jaw or a headache more nights than not? This session is designed to help ease the stress that tends to sit behind teeth grinding, so your mornings start less clenched.
🦵 Restless Leg Support
Built around deep relaxation techniques, this recording is designed to help you settle the urge to move at night and support a calmer nervous system.
🛌 Sleep Reset Recording
For the nights your mind won’t quiet down. A guided audio session designed to help ease you into deeper, more restful sleep.
✈️ Fear of Flying
Designed to help you approach flying with more calm and less dread, building on the same pattern-based approach used across these sessions.
🍽️ Emotional Eating Breakthrough
For when food becomes the default response to a hard day. This program is designed to help you reconnect with your body’s actual signals rather than the automatic reach for comfort food.
What does a session actually cost me in time?
15 to 20 minutes, headphones on, once a day if you're using it for a specific habit. No journalling, no food diary, no meal plan to follow alongside it.
Do I need to change how I eat to use this?
No. Whatever you're cooking from Cuisine Seeker stays exactly as it is. This isn't a diet layered on top of your diet - it's aimed at the pattern that gets in the way of sticking to whatever you've already decided to eat.
Why deal with this now instead of later?
Because a pattern like stress eating or a racing mind at bedtime doesn't get dramatically worse next month. It just quietly repeats, which is exactly why it's easy to keep putting off. Nothing forces the decision - so the decision has to come from you.
