Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil. Add onion and garlic, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked beef back to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toss zucchini noodles with the meat sauce just before serving.
